Volcanic Creamery
Volcanic Creamery is a small, family run dairy farm in Rotorua, we offer full cream, A2 milk in a glass swappa bottle. Our milk comes fresh from the cows, is gently pasteurised, cooled and then bottled. That's it. We farm with organic practices and do all we can to look after our natural environment.

Omania Truffles
The Oak trees, inoculated with the Perigord truffle spore were planted in 2008 on 3 hectares of our 400 hectare sheep and beef farm in Rotorua. It took eight years before we produced our first truffle, and now we are producing over twenty kilograms per year. Black Perigord truffles are rich and aromatic, with a deliciously delicate, earthy flavour. Each has its own unique smell, ranging from velvety chocolate to sharp blue cheese.

Pink And White Geothermal Gin
From the juniper pine of the forests to the deep volcanic filtered lakes; Pink & White is a spirit steeped in Rotorua's geothermal provenance. We are on a mission to make the first renewable geothermal powered still. Our White gin is a traditional London Dry and winner of Double Gold at the NZ Spirit Awards. The Pink (berry) took home a Silver and is made with locally sourced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
